Notice The Reckless online store accepts returns of unwashed, unworn or defective garments in their original condition within 60 days of receiving the order. Items on sale are a final sale and are only exchangeable for an online store credit.
The garment will be refunded to the original method of payment or credited if the item was in final sale. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We don't do exchanges, you're welcome to order again the correct style/size!
Packages returned with COD may be refused or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. For returns coming from USA, we highly recommend you to use USPS.
Returns will be processed within 2-4 business days of arrival at our warehouse. You will receive a refund notification or new tracking information via email.
